Revelstoke locals can enjoy next-day local pick-up. Free delivery for orders over $50 within Revelstoke city limits.

Shipping services:

We process orders twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays from Revelstoke, British Columbia. 

Our shipping services operate seasonally only from October to April. This is to ensure that our products do not melt during transportation. 

Please note that the shipping period may be subject to change due to weather conditions.

Canada-Wide Shipping:

Can’t make it to Revelstoke? No worries! Enjoy our artisanal chocolate anywhere in Canada with our flat-rate shipping of $18 via Canada Post. And if your order exceeds $111, the shipping is on us!

Delivery times vary depending on the location. Canada Post Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days for delivery. Please consider this timeframe when placing your order.

International Shipping:

Our Canada Post Standard shipping method is available for shipments within Canada only. For international shipping or alternative methods, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, and customers are responsible for any additional fees incurred during the import process.

Address Requirements:

Accurate and complete addresses are essential for successful delivery. In case of incomplete addresses leading to the return of a shipment, a resending fee will apply (fee may vary by location).

Order Tracking:

Stay informed about the status of your shipment through our order tracking system. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information, allowing you to monitor its journey until it reaches your destination.

Temperature Care:

Our chocolate bars are highly sensitive to heat and can begin to melt at temperatures above 72°F/22°C. To avoid any damage during delivery, please ensure that you will be home at the time of delivery or provide a safe and shaded place to leave your package, such as a cooling box with an ice pack.

Damaged Goods and Returns:

In the rare event of receiving damaged goods, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work swiftly to address the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Embrace the rich flavors of Riva Chocolate by storing your bars in a cool, dry place.

While it might be tempting, refrain from refrigerating your chocolate. Moisture inside the wrapper could lead to an unwanted sugar bloom, affecting the chocolate’s texture and appearance.
